In the second stage, which we call the Invent stage, we interpret those requirements and imagine ideas for your house and deliver to you a unique design concept.

Develop and Refine
We then move into stage 3 and Develop and Refine that design and test it against the technical requirements and of course against your budget, following which enables us to lodge for planning approval. Once approved, we prepare highly detailed construction documents and specifications so that we can tender your project to our preferred contractors.
Manage
The final Manage stage, is where we bring your house to successful completion. Here, we manage the build process to ensure that the quality and standard follow the building contract.
